a group of water-soluble vitamins including thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinic acid, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), pantothenic acid, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid (vitamin Bx), biotin (vitamin H), choline, and folic acid (vitamin Bc), which are found in high concentration in yeast and liver.
